JavaScript! with that web will be in my hand. no wonder there is JS for client side + Node.js for server side. and there are web apps which will be done with HTML, Css, javascript, node.js.
ps: Will mostly be breaking, creating stuff in JS.
note Html , Css are not programming languages i'm not mistaken in including alongside JS.
Html is hypertext markup language not a programming language.
Css is cascading style sheet. not a programming language.

Since I do programming for fun in my free time, I do not intend to achieve anything for now. But if I would have just one "weapon" to pick I would gladly choose C#.

Alright I would choose C++.
C++ has access to:
- C code
- C# code (hosting)
- Assembly code
A four for one deal!

So I know Java Script to be a Scripting Language and a major tool for web app and web development... can it still be:
1. used to develop full stack apps Like Java is been used?
2. used for android development?
and if its possible:
1. won't it require you learning lots of frameworks to achieve these...?
2. what framework would be all in one tool?

I really prefer JavaScript because I think that JavaScript is a language with many features. But I think It's pretty hard because in this programming language is all allowed.
You can read the battery status or you can control gamepads or control audio input and output. Generally is JavaAcript excited on your hardware.
But I use JavaScript nearly every day. I don't like Java because you have so much to install.

I would prefer Java for Programming Language.
HTML for Markup Language, if that's allowed...
And if I am to Challenge, I would choose HTML and JavaScript...
