Why can't take a css challenge here?!

Ppl got a css skill but no ability to use it as weapon it's weird!

1.Quizzes are submitted by users
2.Community rate them in quiz Factory
3.Then Quiz Reviewers (Special Mods) reviews the quiz
4.Approved / Declined.

Because CSS quiz factory hasn't been opened yet although some questions are included in Html quizzes

I mostly open SoloLearn to take challenges when I take breaks at work so I don't flick into the app much thanks for the update! I wish I could take css challenge soon :)
