Yes, it is. Like books, docs and articles, YouTube is a good teacher.

Ya, pretty cool. But, nothing is perfect. You should read books, practice a lot, "google". I think thus you could learn productively

Yes but not on it's own. It is good for learning the languages and their main commonly used Classes. However, it should be combined with the classes documentation as the less common libraries are rarely covered.
