how can I use SQL on xampp, I've downloaded xampp but I feel stuck

install xampp and then open the xampp control panel.
click start hapachi and mysql and then open browser and type "http://localhost/phpmyadmin".
if its not open anything then you have to download phpmyadmin.zip and extract it to the root directory in C hard drive, and now open the browser again and again type http://localhost/phpmyadmin.
