A number P, when separately divided by 7 and 9, the remainders are the first two natural numbers respectively. What is the P ??

natural no. starts from 1 so ur answer is wong @ winfrjd & p = 7n +1 = 9 m+2 n=(9m+1)/7 now put m as 1 ,2,3...and check where n comes an integer .. soon the game will be over â˜ș bcz m,n are integer (+ve) edit : game is over ... ie 29 //29 is the answer 😂

actually , whole number starts from 0 and natural nos starts from 1 ... sorry if i sounds rude but thats not even primary level maths

"texts that exclude zero from the natural numbers sometimes refer to the natural numbers together with zero as whole numbers, but in other writings, that term is used instead for the integers (including negative numbers". I see the positive effect of standarization, so I follow ISO 80000-2. It looks like this question has two answers, depending on the definition of natural numbers used. We are both right. Congrats!

According to ISO-80000-2 they start with 0, corresponding to the non-negative integers.
