Experience points does not define how good you are.
I'll probably get bashed for this. The amount of xp largely depends on the amount of time you commit to sololearn. So I'd say don't be intimidated by the amount of XP someone has. We are all learners and can all learn from each other.

XP doesn't tell the whole story. A person could spend all day on sololearn answering questions, getting up votes and raking in the xp.
On the other hand, another member may spend all day working on their laptop/pc, working on projects and not receive any xp at all.
Comparing their xp scores would suggest one is better than the other, but it's not necessarily correct.
Xp is just a bit of fun. I try not to get caught up in it too much as it's a distraction.

The only reason you'll get bashed for this is because you were stating the obvious. :P

XP doesn't give knowledge until you put it in practice what did you learn.

@Daniel Jago OMG. These challenges need more tuning. Most people start out like you and end up winning all of them because they've crammed all the answers over time

I feel if the results would be the equivalent of if I was a poker player or boxer I would throw in the towel before I start
