I want to learn angular Js and java advance and implementation. Which site is better for that.

AngularJs is pretty much no longer supported by Google, as they have moved on to typescript from Javascript with Angular 2+. So I recommend you skip AngularJs and go straight to the Angular 2+ or try different Javascript framework. Do note java is not Javascript.
