Is it a good way to learn Web with Wordpress CMS?

I follow the guide https://howtoweb.website , and they teach me to make a website with Wordpress. However, it's not what I imagined. So is it good to start to learn code and website with Wordpress?

If you intend to make a quick buck and are into building website as a freelancing way to make an income.. using WordPress or other Drag and Drop CMS /Website builder will do you a lot of good. But, for professionalism and a more deeper way to explore or create projects on the web.. you should become either a full stack front end or back end developer. skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Python should become your primary skills. Its a matter of choice and long term career commitment.
