Don't say that, it will only bring you down!, look, for the time being, while you're extending your vocab just use language translation apps, Google Translate is one, I found it pretty helpful on language barrier, but of course you can't rely on it for the long term.

With the translation help you are also learning English, and you can worry less about language. So, no despair, keep on moving forward.
