Don't anyone wants to learn programming the raspberry pi?

Yes. I have the raspberry pi, and it is really good at teaching people how to code. It also teaches you about basic machinery and hardware. I do have to warn you though, that Python on the raspberry pi is not the same as on here. Just in subtle ways, but sometimes when you try to do soemthing it doesn't work. I suppose that's just coding though! I hope this answered your question.

connect to your network through a usb wifi domgle.
2 Set a static ip
3 Install Lampp
4 run the server
you can get detailed instructions for every step in the forum of the os you're using (example: ubuntu, bebian, ecc)
If you're using Android expect a royal pain...
