Should one be learning only "one" language at beginning for building the concepts of programming?

I know learning more than one language opens the way for us to solve a problem in more ways, but that's not my question I have been trying to learn java and python alongside c++, but what i found was that learning python for now didn't really seem to give me an edge over c++ (from learning point of view) Like for power functions, c++ taught me about <cmath> header file, how to use and call functions, pass arguments, while python just used ** I am confused if learning more than one is worth for starting😕

It depends on how the code runs. Msg me on discord at FeralHeart#8334 and we can chat about it.
