I would take a look at each one, see what they have to offer you, and what you're requiring for whatever projects you're working with. I've used Angular and React, and honestly, I like both of them. I can't speak on Vue. For me, it's usually a question of which ones I need/want to learn, rather than an either or type of situation. I know a few different JS frameworks, and each holds great value where I use them.
