Just wanted to add some examples:

Spamming, creating multiple accounts, copying code without crediting the author, cheating for badges, swear words, harassment...

These are the most common reasons I can think of right now - list may be incomplete ;)

There are reasons, and (not all but) most of the times, these reasons are justified.

Cross-checking IPs and logs are easy tasks on server-side. To whoever thinks their accounts have been blocked without a legit reason, do appeal by sending your appeal to SoloLearn Support Email.
