I am starting to lose my proficiency in programming languages , how do I recover it?

I have started working and literally I do not have much time to improve myself, therefore can someone recommend me a way or two to re-regain my proficiency?

You get your skills back the same way you first obtained them. https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/437973/?ref=app

The only suggestion I have is to practice. Perhaps if you don't have the time to physically practice, you can try it mentally. Try thinking about how you can solve a challenge, and what the code would look like (when you have the time). For example, how would you write a program that would sort a bunch of numbers in numerical order? (I'm not sure what your skill level is, but hopefully you get the idea even if that example is to hard or easy). Then, maybe write it out on a piece of paper.

This used to happen to me in school so what I did was to try and recreate existing programs example:I created a login and sign up program for the virgin active gym.... It required me to use databases, graphs, lots of exception handling etc. What you need is a big freaking challenge!
