I make char name array and print the variable that hold reference value then why it shows no.in output but in other like in int

I make char name array and print the variable that hold reference value then why it shows no.in output but in other like in int give output [I@ in byte it give [B@ but why in character it pri t no.?
Like char x [ ]=new Char []
System.out.println(x);
