If you don't know any language, double or triple the time a person who does takes. If you work straight through without breaks, you could learn the course material in a day. But, that doesn't cover all there is to learn. They hardly touch the available libraries. I expect it will be a year before I think I know the language. I'm a quick learner with many languages under my belt. That doesn't mean you can't produce working programs. You should be able to do that immediately after finishing the class. But, expect it to be a challenge each time searching the web or here for shortcuts/libraries.
