hide the part that you want to display latter with CSS and then use JavaScript to show it after!

To make an inner page link give the tag you want to go to an id attribute then in your anchor tags href link to that id. <h1 id="top">Title at the too of the page</h1> ...... ...... ...... <a href="#top">Back to top</a>
