what is the differences between c+ and c#?

first of all it is c++. and it means c+1 C# is made by Microsoft and there are large differences between them. E.g. are their compilers. C# is more like Java in compiling than C family. Also, I found good answers here take a look: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-C-C++-and-C
