I was Physics major at college and took a Fortran course because at the time (1973) it was the only language used for mathematical expression solving. It was a list of prime numbers between 1 and 100. By the end of the class, I added a Computer minor and had a job programming for the college in Cobol (business language of the day).

I've programmed in a bunch of those. These days companies don't want anything that isn't an international standard. The US military branches each had their own computer language before standardizing on Ada.

That's crazy I didn't know that.. Also I know.. the companies are really picky as I've noticed.. Luckily I had a hobby of "hacking" Arcade games (Flash and now html5) and got hired onto a website just from knowing a little bit of Actionscript2 and Actionscript3 I've learned alot more working with the site and am now moving towards the html5 game "hacking" scene , main problem is me being unable to download the games and of course some of the obfuscations throw me off lol .. But learning more and more JavaScript is going to help me build a "Hackbase" to make it easier to complete my tasks.. it's really alot of fun.. But another reason I'm learning is I want to develop a couple html5 games myself..

I'd have to say uhh ... Sheesh I don't actually know.. Only "Programs" I've ever created were game trainers , a Binary Translator, and some Maze Games.. But if your also referring to scripts or anything programming wise .. I did make a PHP Script that would Decompress ".swf" files which really helped me with flash game hacking..
