I think people are getting it by using debug tools / Inspect (Firefox and Chrome) to retrieve the link.

It's easy
https://api.sololearn.com/Uploads/Avatars/uruniqueno.jpg
urunique number that is present in certificate. ie if ur number is 1276-3667*** then ur number is 3667***
