Can I use Code blocks to do c# programming?

Programmers use different programming applications . Is Code Blocks good enough to use?

If for some reason you don't want to use MS VisualStudio, I'd recommend using its counterpart VS Code or SharpDeveloper.
For webapps, there's also WebMatrix and Atom.

I liked using SharpDeveloper, I never could fully grasp VS Code at the time.
