if i want to design website for ecommer store I want to use bootstrap should I design it in html/css every single page in it or go and pick theme and use cms ?? I want the best way

If you love to do Things by yourself then do the html/css the problem is you need for this PHP too :) so if you don't know much about php i would go for the CMS.
