Problem with MonoDevelop on LinuxMint

Question

I am running MonoDevelop on Linux Mint (Cinnamon) 64-bit v18.2

Whenever I try run the program, a popup dialog appears and state

"Debugger Operation failed

Cannot start process because a file name has not been provided."

Even though no such issue persists on my solution. And my solution's codes are fine.

I tried installing xterm dependency, but it did not work for me.

The solution can built though, but it refuses to run due to that error.
Does someone have a solution to this?
