Does anyone know of any resources where I can get into programming with the web?

About 3 months ago, I finished a course on C++, and now I am trying to get back into it by refreshing my skills here on Sololearn. My whole goal of learning C++ was to try to begin developing a software idea I had that is related to Distributed computing; however, I didn't know where to start learning about the libraries programmers use to execute various tasks involving the internet. Please help.

join github, make some project which excites you, practice challenges from codechef, hackerrank, hackerearth, etc. practice algorithms, learn more about architectures.

I have tried but everything I haven't found anything about learning libraries. I would think that reading a header file would allow you to understand the commands it offers, however, I don't know how to understand memory locations like 00x5 and do on.

there are tutorials they just don't make sense. They use libraries like t2tools which I do not know nor know how to learn.
