Add under calculater code??

Question

Im having s hard time figuring out if i write the add code on a new page or on the same page that i created the calculator.

I have succefully created a calculator
But no i dont know how to run any codes to make it work.
I have python shell open aswell as a "new page" where id run the code from, but do u do calculations directly on the shell or do u write the code on the "new page" below my calculator program

dude. open a new page or a code editor and then type your code. the whole code of add, subtract and all. thrn save it and run it.
