What do you mean by "full form of computer?" Computer comes from the word computing/computation. In essence, computer just means something that can compute. Originally, these weren't digital/electronic devices, and even the abacus is a computer, along with its humans. Most often we think of "computer" only as its more modern digital representation, rather than than than the totality of what a "computer" is essentially. Original programmers were people that had to go and physically change positions of switches; I recommend reading the history of it all, it'll make what you're doing as a programmer make sense on different levels. I'm not sure if that's what you were getting at, but there that is. :)
