www.CodeWars.com
www.PluralSight.com
www.cybrary.it
^Go to those, check them out, practice and learn. Keep acquiring all of the skills you need or that would compliment your job, and practice. Open up a search engine and find some open source projects to contribute to and learn from.
Also, this is how I progressed at my job. Find all of the problems yall currently have with software, and create solutions to them. You'll impress your bosses and propel yourself usually.

Try to start with simple ideas then bigger ones gradually and Never Give Up.
Save all projects you do, and will do, because this is your portfolio and your will need it some day.
www.Github.com and www.Google.com will help you with finding ideas and doing them.
And these websites will help you with practice your programming skills :-
www.Codeforces.com
www.TopCoder.com
www.Codestepbystep.com
www.UriOnlineJudge.com
https://practiceit.cs.washington.edu

@Eman This is what I'd do then. Learn some frameworks like jQuery and NodeJS, maybe PHP, along with SQL. Create a website that has content for vistors, a login system, and a chat system, all built into the website dynamically. That'll help teach you a lot of stuff you'll need, and give you good practice.

@Eman Your track, and mine too, is deep and need much patience to reach your goal but when you reach will be very happy Regardless you will do what you love. There is a wisdom said that "You won’t know how close you are to success If you Give up" so be strong independent woman 😂😂 and complete your dream.

I'd say... Start something already! Be active, social with people in your same field (and mine), build stronger circles, like a team or studio or something... Look for someone needing a project and do it! Do not over-think it, just throw it that way and it'll ricochet back worthy. Team work. Grasping initiative. Not holding back.
Coding skills (alone) won't help, you need a good will and GIGANTIC hands-on experience to make your CV glitter.
Try starting with WordPress, edit themes, the make ones, then try making plugins!
Try with an Android Application, there are great techniques out there to learn.
Act upon the 3yl 8etet style, and ensure you never turn down a chance!
Looking forward to do something together.
EDIT: AND MULTI-TASKING! You should train it in your soul! Like, I accepted two projects along with previous 7 and I'm as forward going as a lion c: because I can multi-task a bit between them.

You may go to any freelancing site and see what people want from programmers and try to practise these projects, I think that would help you a lot.

Keep going in learning and create as many programs as you can! If you stop, you may forget lots of codes and tricks. Try to be freelancer even for yourself and challenge yourself that's a way you can success, I'm a freelancer for 3 years until now.
