How is my account not activated?
My email account is active and working. Yet Sololearn says my account is not activated, I can't upvote people's posts but they can upvote mine. Apart from that my Sololearn account is working perfectly. I don't know what to do. I need help!

@ICE : Apologies for replying late. Yep, maybe, you can ask the developers at info@sololearn.com to send you another verification email.

No, you haven't yet activated your account, checkout for an email from SoloLearn.
Once you have your account activated, you'll get the verified account badge!

Yes, chck your inbox. If you entered it correcrly, it will be there

Is there something in your account that says "Resend verification email" or something like that? Maybe go under your account settings?

Ya.....i got my email n clicked verify account n now i got a badge of verified account...n everything fine....

I know it´s been almost 3 years, but I had the same problem, and solved it by searching the mail sololearn sent me when I created my account to verify it, and it worked. You perhaps have solved it or created a new account, but this could help another people because the "not-activated account" problem keeps being a headache nowdays. Have a nice day! :D

Divy Singhal Contact Sololearn via mail. I did that and they fixed it for me. Their email address is info@sololearn.com

Thank you i just checked my 3 year old mail...and clicked Activate Account and now it's Activated...

Luca In my case, I searched through all my mails even my spam. I did not find it.
Sometimes the mail is filtered as spam which means it gets deleted after 30 days. If that happens the user will not be able to verify his/her account except by sending complaints to info@sololearn.com

i created account 5 days back and i did not get any verification mail ..i have checked all my folders.. promotions spam everthing but no verification mail
