5/2 gives quotient i.e. 2
5%2 gives remainder i.e. 1

hey!

in the prgm,
hour =given sec/3600

in this case on printing hour won't it have decimal values?

eg given time =8888sec
8888/3600=2.46
?

does the "" % "" find the reminder until decimal point ?
