it depends on what platform application you what to build? if you want android app,then java,if windows then c# and if normal coding then you can learn any language like C,C++,Python. and for web dev you can learn html css php.

Every language has own its advantages and disadvantages, but they are in same goal: to build robust, powerful, and useful application. *Althought there is certain language that dedicated to certain purpose, for example: PHP can be used only to create web application.

You don't have to mastering all language. And I'm sure in fact, none of people mastering all language. One you have to do is to decide what language you want to learn, and try to mastering it.
