your question is not clear. you can have opacity values from 0 to 1. ( includes 0.11 & 0.50 from description )
what exactly you need help with?

of course you can.
( test it with 0.222 or 0.66 you will know )

opacity is 0-1 anything under 1 is applicable

so dont use the opacity style, but filter style with opacity value, is that what you mean?
