What is your long/short term plans or goals? I'd start by examining what you plan to do in the future, and then decide what'll be most useful in the more immediate future.

For example, if you're going into web design, then I'd focus on the web oriented languages, such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery/PHP/NodeJS/MySQL/etc... If you're going into game dev, maybe C# or C++. Just general programming, maybe check out C#/C++/Java/Python.

You get the idea. Do whatever is going to best compliment what you plan on doing in the future.
