How to learn programming language?

Question

many students or learners only want to executes the program,bt they dont know concept of program,so first try to learn basic concept then start to learn any things....bcz these concept is going to u hole life,...small concept is better than fake large knowledge...
from my side...any languages has same concept...80-90% is same,bt way of writting is different....so first go with basics.
hole programing language is dependent on...variables and values...
who understude this 2 things...no one going to face
