Whats the difference between a COMPILER and INTERPRETER?.does a computer got both of them??

hey ... you should download a software like Code blocks or Microsoft Visual Studio for free. These software provide also the compiler. I think you'll have to download the interpreter if you want it. Anyway you don't need an interpreter if you have a compiler, for now. ps: compilers and interpreters are like normal programs... you have to download them and they aren't in your computer.

Hey, Then whats the difference between them? does it affect the working or reading of files? what if there's no executable file?
