You can use the SoloLearn app in the "Code Playground" section or you can download "DroidEdit" or any other HTML editor on the Google Play Store. I recommend searching "HTML editor" on the play store, you'll have many to choose from! :)

I use AIDE web to practice on HTML and CSS and javascript. and of course you will able to run your HTML code on android by using any browser like UC or firefox. 😃. You can use droidscript too. Or the typical HTML viewer on your Android. But that doesn't support Js. I use quick edit to write my codes. and best of luck with your code👍
