Question

why they are so crazy?
I cant learn php any more! these steps:
"predefined/working.with.files"
in simple html and css they gave full explanation with examples.
but in php , there only were written codes with outputs,
I could understand if php worked itself,
no how I cant understand how connect, why connect, and with conect php with sql server.
if someone knows that please give me some explanation.
I will be gratefull!!!!!
