Question about Epic Badge

Hello people, I'm looking forward to getting the epic badge (i.e. win 50 challenges in a row using 1 weapon). If a challenge is drawn, expired or declined (either by me or my opponent), does it scrape my epic streak?

If a challenge is drawn, it will ruin your streak. If the challenge expires or is declined it will not break your streak.
