C++ in my opinion but it varies i wouldnt recommend this language to a beginner. Try Ruby or Python instead they are proven easier to write and understand when starting out. Goodluck.

@SiveC-maq after html CSS, JavaScript is the best choice, after mastering these 3 , only learn something else, or learning new stuffs won't be useful, and yes I always tell to everyone who makes good projects learn to use github(your online code repository) and slowly slowly git(your offline code repository)

c and c++ all this new frameworks , technologies & languages has their preprocessors , compilers etc written in c, c++, all your embedded electronic devices like router, washing machines, etc in C or assembly basically in the most basic layers of this IT era , is powered by C , C++ also where ever performance and speed is must , u ll find c++ , c , using it you can write some of the most processing efficient codes, that s y mastering it takes years, and those masters will be paid in gold

OK...I thought c++ was easier than python...I think I'm lost in this game...by the way would you recommend for a beginner to learn 2 languages at the same time??...Im learning html but want to put one other language to it...either JavaScript or Python...
