I wanna be a cool system analyst but actually I don't know what programmer languages I need to know. And how many. Could you give me a piece of advice?

For this question I think there isn't a general reply because it depends from the technologies used in applicative domain of the requirements that the system analyst is working on. So if the requirements are for a Web application probably they will be done with Java, Javascript and HTML instead a Web site usually is implemented using PHP and HTML and so on...

The system analyst is the link between a customer and developers. He gathers requirements from the customer and passes them to developers. Very often the system analyst works with UML diagrams. These diagrams are used by developers for making a code. Therefore, a good system analyst should understand the capabilities and description of different programming languages.

Vitaliy, I'm reading Karl Veigers now. I'm going to read perfect code after reading the first one :) I can't recommend you something special as I'm a novice in the programming. Read articles on habrahabr, I guess you are Russian :) there you can find many useful things! At least I've found many for myself.
