Which one is better, notepad or notepad++ ?

what's the advantages.

I use the default windows "notepad" for coding but notepad++ is far more better

Notepad++ naturally. It has language-based syntax highlighting and window layout modification. Are you seriously considering using standard notepad? If so, you must have really really good eye sight - NP++'s color-coded highlights help me see important bits of my code.

in first time use notepad...(to build your skill in programming language) if you profience in programming language choose notepad++

If you choose between this two, I recommend Notepad++, because it has code highlighting and even can detect extension of file to generate specific colors. But if you want text editor made for coding I recommend you Visual Studio Code (it's not IDE and is lightweight and more important free) or Sublime Text
