I am confused?

hi guys, I searched on web that c++ is best for android 3d applications and then I remember that it is for PC 2d/3d applications. So,which c++ engine for PC applications and which for android and I listen that a android famous game c++ game is written in c++(2d).What is the concept guys?

The two popular game engines or Unity and Unreal Engine. Unity is well known for mobile games and Unreal is well known for PC to console games but they can both do all. Unity uses C# and Unreal uses C++.
