Do we need to understand Electricity to make a computer?

yes because without the electricity you wont be able to run computer. Ex: all components might need to run at a certain voltage. If its too high then the components might burn, if too low it wont work.

If you have a good knowledge of physics , you can make anything . Circuitry , wiring , etc. all comes under physics.
