Help figure out whats wrong with my code

Heads or Tails simulator, but heads always wins and tails always loses. Still very new to coding, so apologies if it's a stupid, simple mistake.

Thank you! I completely forgot that the max number is exclusive. I really like how fast and respectful this community is with helping newcomers, and I will be asking more questions if I get stuck on more exercises. This is really going to help me learn. Thanks again!
