Learning one , I realize else I have to one else, so like this, now I know 12 language but still cant anything

the reason , each day are appearing new frames, which tells that it helps make more writing less. but who can answer me in the world, whether learning frames takes much more time , than creating its own frame and work with it????????????

It is rather than you can't use JavaScript alone to do what you want. But you can use JavaScript (with HTML) raw to do a simple website with no back end

for example to work with one javascript, you have to learn node.js, jquery, ajax, json, angular.js and much more else
