i think that C is the best to start with. If you become good in C (of course after a couple of months learning), other languages will be very easy for you to use them. Why? Because C is the hardest to learn, C doesn't have garbage collector and you must take care about memory you use which is the hardest part of C programming (Java doesn't have that problem). Definitely Python. It has a simple syntax, lots of resources for learning, a large community and tons of useful libraries. Even a bigginer can start doing cool and useful things in python and that will definitely make you much more confident and eager to code.
