Guys how long does it take to learn Java?Can u guys share your stories about how did u progress and how long did it take ?

hi,im really interested in programming and i been learning Java its been a while and right now im stuck on the lesson classes and object...anywy how did u guys learn java and overcome the problems that u guys faced till now ?what was the biggest problem tht u faced? and how did u fix it ? it would be helpful and interesting to share stories ,coz it might help me too and other newbies who wanna learn java...and if u guys can share any tips.. ..tnx

i started learning java last december/january & i think continued till may end. then i made some small personal projects wrote some other programs as well.
it will take some time to completely learn it more over you may learn some concepts after some year or may migrate to other languages like i m doing (c++). dont worry you just cant learn about everything at once it may happen that after some time when you do some project you learn it. But objects are important & basic concepts of java so try to learn it.
