Which is the best programming language a fresher to starts learning with?

it actually didn't matter once you know one language good enough u can learn any other language required for your work/job.So i would advice you to start with anything, keep learning it & spend some good amount of time to do something with it. After that you can learn other language, it will be easier.

To a starter you should check HTML lesson if you are don't interest with that lesson you can change to Python if you interest of that lesson you can continue with CSS and then JS.

but I do not know any other language other than that so I started with ruby. i just want to know is there any other option that I should try
