Master Html to where you just need a notepad no internet no fancy software just notepad.exe and build the basics. Then learn CSS to make your website theme colors and fonts. Then to make it look more professional and more alive throw in some scripts using JavaScript. master one langauge at a time.

but to start to build a web page you have to master html, css and JavaScript.

as the human there are skeleton which is the base structure of them, skin which makes them style and the shape of them, and the muscles which gives them the ability to move, jump, and so on ...

also in your web page the html is the skeleton, the skin is the css, and the muscle is the JavaScript.
