As an experienced Developer, will you recommend Bootstrap Framework for beginners??????("_")¿¿¿

should a novice in web development start with web framework or will you recommend first completing HTML, CSS, JS courses as in Sololearn separately (one by one).

Of course. It is simple, beautiful and it teaches you how to build modern web applications.

When I was growing up, we didn't use training wheels. My dad sat me on the bike and pushed me forward, as a result I would either learn how to ride the bike or I would learn from falling off the bike. Likewise, we learned how to swim because we were thrown in the water; you either learn to swim or you try again next life. lol What I'm saying is that you shouldn't base it upon novice or not, if you want to learn it then learn it. You're more amazing than you give yourself credit for; we're very powerful beings with an insane capacity to learn. However, if you haven't done HTML, CSS, or JS yet, then it would certainly be a smarter choice to learn those first so you understand what's going on. Just like the example above, it's better that I learned how to walk before I rode a bike or swam.

Yup. Learn from any and as many resources as you can. SoloLearn is great for getting started and learning the basics, and then it'll be up to you to seek further resources so you can continue to expand your knowledge on the language. You'll learn a lot from practicing and debugging problems you have. As well, don't hesitate to ask us questions; there are a lot of great people here that are more than willing to help teach others. Also, www.stackoverflow.com is an amazing resource to have, and you can get a lot of help there as well. I use it in my personal and professional life when I get stuck. It's a strict Q&A website though, so read their rules or you won't get the help you need. If you follow the rules, it's a priceless resource.

yeah notice that in Sololearn, it offers four different courses for web development (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, whereas FREECODECAMP and some others tells you what HTML is and how to make it responsive using frameworks. my thought: learn from Sololearn first, then you can learn some framework (it helps you to know how and what properties, or function was uses in the framework) just my opinion.
