Which type of programmer which work more on the Internet of things

. I want to know if it is Web Developer, Software Engineer or Network Engineer that work most on IOT. What programming language will be more useful for IoT?

You should read up more on what IoT is. It's nothing new and is mostly all of the stuff we're already doing/using. To answer your question though, all of those fields are useful and all of the programming languages are useful.
